5 Days Gut Restore Protocol & Microbiome Reset.60G+ protein, 40G+ fiber

It is a 5-day deep-cleanse programme that reboots your gut's inner ecosystem. It is designed to release mucoid plaque buildup, replenish beneficial gut bacteria (probiotics), and restore healthy digestion. The plan includes cold-pressed juices, salads, soups, shakes, stews, and probiotic-rich dishes — all delivered fresh daily. Priced at AED 899.

This is a shorter, 3-day intensive protocol specifically formulated to address gut parasites and restore the microbiome balance. It uses targeted anti-parasitic and probiotic ingredients in a food-only format. Available at AED 549.

Common indicators include persistent bloating, irregular digestion, skin issues, brain fog, low energy, frequent cravings for sugar, or a history of antibiotic use. A reset helps restore healthy bacterial diversity in the gut.

The 5 Day Gut Restore Protocol provides approximately 1,100 calories per day, with 54g protein, 67g carbs, and 39g fat. This can be adjusted based on individual needs.

The Clean Liver Protocol is GoOrganic's fatty liver reset programme, available in both 3-day (AED 549) and 5-day (AED 899) versions. It uses targeted nutrition to support liver regeneration, reduce fat accumulation in the liver, and restore healthy liver enzyme levels — through food alone.

Anyone who has been diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), experiences fatigue and right-side abdominal discomfort, consumes a high-sugar or high-fat diet, or has been told their liver enzymes are elevated. Always consult your doctor if you have a diagnosed liver condition before beginning.

Yes. Many GoOrganic clients do a gut reset first followed by a liver reset as a combined protocol. The team can advise on sequencing based on your health goals — contact them at helpdesk@goorganic.me.

Both options are available. The Gut Restore Protocol includes solid foods such as salads, soups, and stews alongside cold-pressed juices and shakes — making it more manageable for those who cannot do a purely liquid programme.

GoOrganic recommends completing the Questionnaire on their website (goorganic.me/pages/questionnaire) before ordering, so the team can accommodate any dietary restrictions or health sensitivities.

Standard meal plans focus on clean eating and caloric balance. The Microbiome Reset goes deeper — it actively works to eliminate harmful gut bacteria, reduce inflammation, restore the gut lining, and reintroduce probiotic-rich foods in a structured sequence.
