1pm.: Dnyan Ayurveda ( Added Turmeric Limestone) Cold Pressed Juice- Lemon, Filtered water, Activated charcoal, Raw Organic honey.
3pm.: Vatta Ayurveda ( to balance the Vatta Dosha) Cold Pressed Juice- Beetroot, carrots, cherries, lime filtered water and New added Psyllum Husk.
5 pm.: Kapha Ayurveda ( to balance Kapha Dosha) Cold Pressed Juice- Cucumber, spinach, kale, Acai powder, blue berries, rasberries, Raw Organic honey and Newly added home made apple cider.
7 pm. Braniac Cold Pressed Juice- Spinach, Cucumber, Parsley, Lemon,Apple , Celery.

9am: Liver Detox Shot - Beetroot, Carrot, Agave, Neem, Ashwagandha, E3 Live Cayenne, Lemon, Ginger.

11am.: Apple.
1pm.: High Fiber and Protein Green Mung bean Stew - Green Mung, Spinach, coconut milk, spices .
3 pm.: Cold Crusher Cold Pressed Juice- Carrots, Orange , lemon, ginger and apple.
6 pm.: Gluten Free Soba Noodles Pomodoro- Soba Noodles in Classic Pomodoro sauce topped with Cherry tomatoes.
9am.:Turmeric root shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange.
9:30 am: Baked Falafel in Wholegrain Wrap - Chickpeas, cabbage,onion, coriander, parsley, tomato, Pita bread.
11am. Braniac Green Cold Pressed Juice -Spinach, Cucumber, Parsley, Lemon,Apple , Celery.
1pm- Tofu and Cauliflower Fried Rice- A traditional twist to the regular fried rice with cauliflower and tofu.

7pm.: High Protein Mushroom Korma- Mushrooms, Sweet Potatoes, Spices, Cumin, Mustard Seeds, Spinach.
When you wake up: Lukewarm water with a splash of fresh lemon juice.
9am.:Sweet Kale Cold pressed juice with Wholesome Crackers- Kale, Apple, ginger, lemon and apple cider.
12 PM- Wholesome Millets Paella- A twist to traditional Paella in a different way. This Paella is with millets, healing broth, chickpeas, red pepper, thyme and oregano.
1pm.: Vatta Ayurveda Cold Pressed Juice- Beetroot, Carrots, Cherries, Lime Filtered Water and NEW ADDED PSYLLUM HUSK.
3pm.: Sweet Potato Detox Soup- Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Coconut milk, lemon, ginger, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper.
5 pm- Young love Cold Pressed Juice- Pineapple, berries , Chia seeds. Anti Inflammatory Juice.
6 pm.: Carrot Coriander soup- Carrots, coriander, ginger, celery, onions, cumin seeds, salt.
9am.: Immune boosting shot- Apple, lemon,ginger, turmeric.
9 :30am.: Bhakti Ayurveda Cold Pressed Juice- Spinach, Pineapple, lemon, Triphala.
11am- Raw Granola Bar.
1pm.: Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl + Romesco Soup- Wild rice, shallots, beliga lentils, red bell pepper. Romesco soup is made with Red bell peppers, raw almonds, tomato paste, veg broth and paprika.
3pm.: Mermaid lemonade Probiotic juice - Blue spirulina, Lemon, Aloe , Coconut Nectar, Vegan Probiotic
6pm. Butternut Squash Soup- Healing Butternuts cooked slowly in onions, carrots, bayleaves, black pepper and water.

9am.:Spinach Ginger cold pressed Juice- Spinach, Lemon, ginger, apple, Parsley.
9 :30am.: Bhakti Ayurveda cold pressed Juice- Aloevera, Coconut water, Cucumbers, Apple, Pineapple, mint , Brain Tonic, Lemon. WITH ADDED TRIPHALA.
11am- Cookie.
1pm.:Supercharged Satay Bowl - Tofu, Edamame, black rice, peanut butter, coconut flakes, lemon juice, Soy sauce, Tahini, lemon juice, sunflower seeds.
3pm.: Mid Evening Snack - Broad beans and After party Cold Pressed juice - juice contains beet, carrot, lemon, ginger, apple.
5pm.: Cayenne Ginger Shot - Lemon, peeled, Ginger, a pinch Cayenne pepper, and water.
7pm.: Beetroot and Pearl barley Risotto - beetroot , shallot , vegetables stock, sunflower seeds ,salt and pepper.

Before doing any plan with us, we will send you a questionnaire to check if the selected plan is right one . Many times we need a thorough cleaning before we start any plan. Your selected plan may then be altered to a mix of a few plans or a completely different plan than what you chose. Please go ahead and order the plan, still, allow us to send you a questionnaire.
