Description

Day 1 may be changed to a complete juice cleanse/detox depending on the health conditions for a full body cleanse depending on the body type.

Day 1

9 am.: Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange .

9:30 am.:   Braniac Cold pressed juice- Spinach, Cucumbers, lemon, ginger and apple. . 


11am.:Tom- Yum soup- Coconut milk, Tofu, tomatoes, onions, carrots in a tangy flavored soup. 


1pm.: After Party Liver Detox Juice - Beets, Carrots, Ginger, Lemon Apple.


3pm.: Carrot Coriander soup- A tangy soup with the goodness of carrots and coriander.


7pm.: Kale Fornia Dreaming  soup- Kale, Potatoes, Onions, Leeks, Salt, Pepper.



Day 2

9 am.: Turmeric Root Shot -  Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange.


9:30am.: Strawnana Smoothie - Berries , banana, avocado , kale, beets, apple .


1pm.: Fennel Consomme - Fennel, Water, Onions, Orange Juice, Olive Oil, Dill, Sea Salt, Red Chilli Powder.


3pm.:  Butternut Carrot Juice- Butternut Squash, Beetroot, lemon, spinach, parsley, apple. .


5 pm.: After- Math Elixir with Milk thistle- Orange, ginger, aloe and the goodness of Milk thistle. 


7pm.:Vegetable Cabbage Soup- Carrots, Celery, Chili powder Black pepper, Tomatoes, White Eyed beabs, Black pepper.



Day 3

9am.: Turmeric Root Shot - Turmeric Root, Ginger, Indian Gooseberries, Orange.


9:30am.: Peanut Butter Cup smoothie- Peanut, dates, cashews, banana, raw cacao, vanilla.  


1pm.:  Turmeric and Lentil Inflammatory soup- Pumpkin, Carrots, Sweet Potato, Tomatoes, Mustard seeds, Red lentils, Turmeric root, ginger.


3pm.: Strawberry Basil lemonade juice- Strawberries, basil, lemon, monk fruit.


5pm.: Warm Vegetable Broth  - Kale, Celery, Parsley, Thyme, Fennel, Leeks, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper.


7pm.:Cream of Zucchini soup- Onions, ginger, Zucchini, basil, Lemon, almond milk, pumpkin seeds.
