There are Legumes like Chickpeas which are high Fiber and have a positive impact on Gut health. We have the buffalo Chickpea wrap and Chick pea stew. We also have the Oats porridge for breakfast which is great for Gut health and Quinoa in Millet and Quinoa Paella along with Red lentil stew with Quinoa. Millets are traditional grains rich in Soluble Fiber and Prebiotoc insoluble Fiber. Fruits like apples and berries have a positive impact on Gut health.So do bananas which are a part of the Protein smoothie. Artichokes are widely known for their anti inflammatory properties and for digestive aid. Also high in both Probiotic and Prebiotic content. Enjoy with the Skinny Artichoke soup. Bananas are rich in Prebiotics that help the Gut and are a part of the breakfast smoothies. So are Avocados and Spinach which are a part of Leptin Smoothie and Alkaline Smoothie for breakfast. Please note that the soups are blast chilled during the summer months. This may result in receiving them frozen. They are just blast chilled just a few hours before dispatch purely as the Delivery team takes a long time in travelling to different locations resulting in opening the doors often and it may disturb the optimum temperature requirement in the vans. When blast chilled, the soups get thawed on the way and there is no spoilage of the food. All the Soups are fresh and nothing is frozen.

11 am- 1 box blue berries and Boss Tonic Probiotic Juice.

1 pm - Millet and Quinoa Paella- A twist on traditional Risotto substituting rice with whole grain Millet with quinoa.
Millets have prebiotics which stimulate the growth of probiotics within the microbiome. Quinoa is rich in fiber, aiding in flushing out of Mucoid plaque .
3 pm- Golden Life Kombucha - to boost the intestinal health and aid in digestion.
6 pm - Soothing Gut healing Soup - Red lentils, Sweet potato, spinach, carrot, bell pepper, cashews, onions, ginger.
Lentils are protein rich source that nourish good Gut bacteria. Cumin in the soup, aids in digestion.
9am - Immune boosting shot - Apple, lemon, ginger, turmeric.
9 :30am - Citrus 3 Cold Pressed Juice- Grapefruit, apple and lemon.
Citrus fruits are high in Vitamin , strengthening immunity.
11am - Box of Walnuts and After Party Cold Pressed Juice.

1pm - Butternut Squash soup-Butternut Squash, onion,carrot, black pepper, bay leaf, salt, water.

6 pm - Artichoke Soup. Artichokes, mushrooms, celery, cayenne pepper, almond milk.

1pm- Tempeh Rendang Curry with almond bread- A very tasty tempeh curry made with Thai spices in coconut milk.
Due to the fermentation process, tempeh is a rich source of live probiotic culture and active enzymes. It is high in protein and contain prebiotics.
3pm - Tropical Kombucha made with Tropical ingredients and live scoby.
